Directors Sefer & Joan formed the company in 2005, creating the brand identity known as of today  ‘Josef Fish & Chips’  We are a family orientated company with business values of integrity and quality. 

We believe we owe our success to having a clear mission statement of providing a linear food experience to all guests to The Tower of London, from sites to savour!
